Are You Ready To Talk About it now…?

DSW BaseCamp @ The Commons 13th @ Champa Street

In Person or a Call, 20 Minute Meetings: Monday 9/25 – Friday 9/29 | 11:00AM – 4:00PM

DSW Registration Link:  http://bit.ly/2wVRoRi

Just presenting topics on personal mental health challenges…is oft times not enough. COEMHN.com wanted to offer a way to keep it real, for those who need specific feelings validated right now! And to accommodate those who have called their HC policy provider, but cannot wait the standard 6-7 weeks for a private psychotherapy session. A way to ask a licensed clinical therapist…..”I have been having these behavioral health emotions, and have not told anyone yet”…”can you help me just figure out what to do next?” When having a beer or a ‘bud’ with co-workers to talk critically about emotional feelings is just NOT the right human interactive prescription.

<> Licensed Clinical Therapists will be available for a 20 minute in-person or a phone call session

<> Any DSW registered attendee can to sign up to receive that 20 minute appointment

<> Times, days and locations are first come, first reserved. See the link for those specifics

<> If a day or an entire block of time is fully booked – check back – we well will work to post more spots

This is NOT a speed-psychotherapy session.  Yet an opportunity to have an initial, confidential, human-2-human discussion with a clinically trained therapist, retained for DSW entrepreneurial participants. The session is to guide / advise you on the best, next-step actions you can take on your own. Even if you want to discuss a manager or co-worker who has presented weird/inconsistent emotional behavior, is causing you daily stress and you do not want to rock the work boat by saying anything….the counselor will advise you on what to say, how not to express yourself and the most advantageous situational approach you should take.

Human brains will always function, be challenged, and present to others in different emotional ways. And that’s OK! Yet NOT talking about the behavioral pressure you feel, is unhealthy.

This is your chance….take 20 minutes….Carpe Diem!
